| 1 | red bell pepper, halved lengthwise and seeded |
| 3/4 cup | fat-free cottage cheese |
| 1/4 cup | light mayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoons | onion, grated |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | curry powder |
Pulse cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Add mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, curry powder, and garlic powder; process until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors are blended, at least 15 minutes.
To serve, spoon the dip into each bell pepper half.
