EATING
2 dozen | small red potatoes, cut in half (peeling optional) |
4 | hard-boiled eggs |
2 | celery stalks, finely diced |
2 tablespoons | pimento, chopped |
3 tablespoons | sweet relish |
3 tablespoons | light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
Add potatoes to boiling water. Potatoes should take between 10 to 15 minutes to cook. Be careful not to overcook.
Drain and cool. Combine all the other ingredients and mix well.
Allow salad to chill before serving.
