Watermelon cooler

Ingredients

4 cupscubed seedless watermelon 
1 1/2 cupscold water 
1/2 cupfat-free lemon sorbet 
2 teaspoonsgrated lemon zest 
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice 
4fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
 Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)

Directions

In a food processor or blender, blend watermelon, water, sorbet, lemon zest, lemon juice and mint leaves until very smooth. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, at least 1 hour. Shake well and serve over ice in tall glasses, garnishing with lemon slices and mint leaves.
